McGregor practiced knockout punch in locker room before fight

Once again, Conor McGregor has fulfilled his own prediction.
“The Notorious” boldly envisioned a first round knockout against six-year featherweight champion José Aldo multiple times during interviews prior to UFC 194. After backing up his words once again, McGregor not only solidified his credibility, he was also able to silence most of his detractors by becoming the new undisputed featherweight king of the UFC.
McGregor has always been a believer of “movement” and how effective it can be in an actual fight. During his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan, the Irishman pointed out another important aspect in relation to it.
“Precision beats power, timing beats speed,” McGregor said.
Apparently, McGregor showed another aspect of the fight game that he was not able to mention: Practice makes perfect.
In this short clip, “Mystic Mac” is seen practicing the short straight left that knocked Aldo out within 13 seconds of the very first round of their fight.
